When it comes to business-based apps for your phone or computer, productivity apps rule the roost.
In fact, there are so many out there that it can be unproductive to spend hours trying to find the best one(s).
But don’t you worry! Here are 20 of the top productivity apps in one quick graphic…
Personally, I only use a few apps. I’ve used hundreds in the past, but I’ve finally got it down to a handful of apps that work for me. And that’s what it’s all about – what works for you. You may prefer a different app for everything or you may prefer one app that does it all. Whatever the case, find your perfect productive potion.
I use an app called GoTasks for all of my checklists. I have over 20 checklists, but they are all in one spot. From my writing checklist to my goals to my grocery list, I use GoTasks. It’s simple, free and best of all, it links to my Google Calendar, so I can easily access my lists on my phone or computer.
I really only use 3 other apps regularly. I use the Personal Capital app to view all my finances in one place and for fitness, I use RunKeeper (running) and MetricMe (lifting). That’s it.
In the past, I’ve used and loved many apps from this list, including Any.do, EasilyDo, Clear and Evernote. I’m going to download a few more of these to try them out and I’ll let you know the results.
For now, take a look at the list…
