High school life is tough. Staying healthy during high school is vital for both your mental health as well as your physical health. Here are some tips on how to stay healthy in high school.
1. Eat Healthily
Part of staying healthy includes making sure that you eat a variety of foods and enjoy eating them. If you always eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, for instance, consider trying something different to change up your diet a bit! And make sure to pay attention to the nutrition labels on food packages; eating more fruits and vegetables may just be the key to ensuring good health from now until forever!
