I hope your 2017 is everything you thought it would be so far.

I know some of you have already thrown out your New Year’s resolutions, but don’t worry about that.

It doesn’t matter when you set your goals and change your habits, it only matters that you do it.

It’s still a perfect time to change your direction. Set some goals. Create some habits.

P.S. I had ten articles to put on here initially, but I narrowed it down, because these are long posts. Long, but worth the reading, so be sure to read all of these! My goal with these roundups is to only suggest the best posts I read, so this is the best of the best.

  1. 7 Lessons From a Guy Who Can’t Move Anything But His Face [Upstoppable] Jon Morrow has been around the internet for a while, but this is his new project. The title says everything about what the blog with be about. It’s about eliminating excuses and living the best life possible. Read this one.
  2. Why You’re Not in Shape (Yet) [Nerd Fitness] This is a huge post about fitness and life. Whether you’re in perfect shape, working towards it, or completely out of shape, check this out. I especially like the “What will be different this year?” section.
  3. Achieve Your Big Hairy Audacious Goals in a 12-Week Year [The Productive Physician] Quarter goals are taking the internet by storm, and that’s essentially what’s going on in this post, and it’s quite detailed. Planning 12 weeks ahead seems to be a sweet spot in time that allows just enough, but not too much time in between setting your goals and setting your next goals.
